Register your organization

Registration is free and takes 3–5 minutes. Once submitted, the 1PVN team reviews your profile and reaches out to discuss partnership or investment opportunities.

Who should register: investment firms, funds, and corporate development teams; local government units (LGUs); development partners and NGOs; chambers of commerce; academic and research institutions.

What you need: organization name, your full name, and a work email address. Everything else is optional.

Overview

Submitting the form creates two records in the 1PVN stakeholder network: an organization (company or agency profile) and a primary contact (you). The team reviews all submissions manually before reaching out, so there is no automated confirmation email — you will hear from them directly.

Steps: complete the registration form

1. Go to the registration page

Navigate to /register on your chamber's 1PVN subdomain (for example, https://eccp.1pvn.com/register). The page title reads "Register with 1PVN".

2. Enter organization details

Organization Name (required) Enter your organization's official name exactly as you want it displayed.

Organization Type (required) Select the single option that best fits your organization:

Selecting sectors helps the team match you with relevant opportunities.

Location (optional) Use the cascading location picker to narrow down to your region, province, municipality, or barangay. You can stop at any level — you do not need to go all the way to barangay.

Brief Description (optional) Two or three sentences about your organization and what kind of partnerships or investments you are looking for.

3. Enter contact person details

Full Name (required) The first word becomes the first name; the rest becomes the last name (for example, "Maria Santos" → first name "Maria", last name "Santos").

Email Address (required) Use a valid work email. This is how the team will contact you.

Phone Number (optional) Including a phone number speeds up follow-up.

4. Review and submit

All four required fields must have values before the Register Organization button becomes active: Organization Name, Organization Type, Full Name, and Email Address.

Click Register Organization.

Expected result: A green confirmation card appears:

"Registration Received. Thank you, [Your Organization Name]. Our team will review your registration and reach out shortly."

Organization types and sectors

Private Sector covers any for-profit entity — local or foreign. Use Government / LGU for any Philippine government body, including barangay halls and national agencies. Development Partner is for multilateral donors and bilateral aid organizations. Chamber of Commerce includes business councils and trade associations. Other is a valid choice — the team can re-classify your profile after review.

Sector values are stored with your organization and used for matching with investment opportunities. You can ask the team to update them after your profile is active.

How duplicates are handled

Duplicate organization name: If an organization with the same name already exists in the system (and is not archived), your submission reuses that organization record rather than creating a new one. Your contact information is then added to the existing record. If you are registering a subsidiary or a regional branch that shares a parent company's name, contact the team right after submission to clarify.

Duplicate contact email: If your email address is already linked to the organization that was found or created, the contact record is silently skipped. No error appears and the form shows the success screen. If someone else at your organization registers with the same email, their submission also succeeds silently without creating a duplicate contact. Contact the team if you need a separate contact record added.

Geographic location on duplicates: If geo linking fails for any reason, the registration still succeeds. The team can add your location manually.

Troubleshooting

"Too many registrations. Please try again later." You have submitted the form 3 times in the past hour using the same email. Wait one hour and try again. To register multiple organizations, use a different email address for each, or wait for the rate limit to reset.

"Could not register organization. Please try again." A database error occurred. Check your internet connection and retry. If the error persists, contact the team with your organization name and email address.

"Registration failed. Please try again." A general server error occurred. Retry once; if it persists, contact the team.

Register Organization button is grayed out All four required fields must be filled before the button activates: Organization Name, Organization Type, Full Name, and Email Address. Check that you have selected an Organization Type — that field uses buttons, not a standard text box.

I registered but have not heard back The team reviews submissions manually and contacts you by email. Allow at least one business day. Check your spam or junk folder for a message from the 1PVN team.

I entered the wrong organization name or contact email Contact the team as soon as possible with your organization name and the email you used. They can correct or remove the record so you can re-register.

The Location picker is not loading The location field is optional. Refresh the page and try again. If the picker still does not respond, skip location entirely — you can ask the team to add it after your profile is active.

FAQ

Is registration free? Yes. 1PVN is a chamber initiative. There is no fee to register.

Do I have to fill in every field? Only four fields are required: Organization Name, Organization Type, Full Name, and Email Address. All other fields help the team match you with opportunities but are not required to submit.

Can I register more than one organization? Yes. Each organization needs its own submission. Use a different email address for each, or wait one hour between submissions using the same email.

Can I update my information after registering? Yes. Contact the 1PVN team to update your organization name, type, sectors, location, contact person, or any other details.

What happens after I register? The team reviews your profile within one business day and reaches out to your contact email to introduce themselves and discuss next steps.

My company already appears in the network — do I need to register again? If your organization is already active, you do not need to create a duplicate. Contact the team to be added as a contact under the existing record.
