Track your submission
Check the status of your investment submission anytime — no account required. Use the tracking code from your confirmation screen to see exactly where your proposal stands.
This article covers how to look up your submission, what each status badge means, and what to do when a code returns no result.
Overview
When you submit a proposal through 1PVN, the system creates a unique tracking code for that submission. The code lets you — or anyone you share it with — check progress from any browser without signing in.
What you need:
- Your tracking code from the confirmation screen (format:
1PVN-YYMM-XXXXXX, for example1PVN-2607-ABC123) - An internet connection
- Any web browser on desktop or mobile
Before you start
Find your tracking code
Your tracking code appears on the confirmation screen immediately after you submit — this is the only place it is shown. 1PVN does not send an automatic confirmation email, so save the code before you close the page.
If you have already left that page without saving the code, contact your chamber with your name, email address, organization, and approximate submission date. Staff can look up your submission and share the code.
Save your tracking code somewhere accessible. You will use it every time you want to check status.
Steps: look up by tracking code
Step 1 — Open the Track page
Go to your 1PVN portal and select Track in the navigation. The page title reads Track Your Submission.
Step 2 — Enter your tracking code
- Click the Tracking Code field.
- Type or paste your code (example:
1PVN-2607-ABC123). - The field converts what you type to uppercase automatically, so case does not matter.
- Do not add spaces or extra characters — enter the code exactly as it appeared on your confirmation screen.

Step 3 — Click "Track Submission"
The button becomes active only after you type something. While the system searches, the button shows "Looking up..." — this takes one to two seconds.
Expected result: A result card appears below the form with your submission details.
Step 4 — Review the result card
A successful lookup shows:
| Field | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Submission | The title of your proposal |
| Status | A colored badge (see status meanings below) |
| Tracking Code | Your code in monospace text |
| Submitted | The date you submitted, formatted as "July 5, 2026" |
| Submitted By | Your name, if you provided it |
| Organization | Your organization name, if you provided it |

If the code does not match any submission, you will see "Submission not found — Please check your tracking code and try again." See the troubleshooting section below.
What the statuses mean
Your submission moves through these stages:
| Status badge | Color | What it means | What happens next |
|---|---|---|---|
| Draft | Gray | The submission form was started but not completed. | Return to the form and finish it. |
| Submitted | Blue | Your proposal was received by 1PVN. | The team will begin their initial review. |
| Under Review | Yellow | The team is actively assessing your submission for completeness and fit. | Review typically takes a few business days. |
| Accepted | Green | Your submission cleared the initial review and moved into the program. | The team will contact you with next steps — this may include meetings or additional questions. |
| Returned | Orange | The team needs clarification or more information before proceeding. | Check your email for details on what is required, then reply to the team or resubmit. |
| Withdrawn | Red | The submission is closed and no longer active. | Contact the team if you would like to resubmit. |
The internal status intake_review is shown as "Under Review" in the portal.
When a code returns no result
If you see "Submission not found", the server found no match for one of these reasons — the interface does not distinguish between them:
- The tracking code does not exist in the system (typo or wrong chamber portal).
- You reached the rate limit of 20 lookups per minute for that code.
Check first
- Copy the code again from wherever you saved it — do not retype it.
- Remove extra spaces — they can slip in when copying.
- Check the format — the code should follow
1PVN-YYMM-XXXXXXwith two dashes. - Check for look-alike characters — common mix-ups:
1vsI,0vsO,5vsS.
Wait and retry
- If you submitted within the last minute or two, wait a moment and try again.
- If you have searched the same code many times in quick succession, wait one minute — you may have hit the rate limit of 20 lookups per minute per code.
If none of that helps
You may have a code from a different submission, or the code may be from a different chamber's portal. Contact the 1PVN team with your name, organization, and submission title so they can look it up manually.
Rules and limits
- Case does not matter — the portal converts your input to uppercase before searching, so any combination of upper and lower case works.
- Maximum code length — tracking codes are up to 20 characters. The system ignores entries longer than 20 characters.
- Rate limit — 20 lookups per minute per tracking code. The limit is per code, so searching a second code does not use up your count for the first.
- No sign-in required — anyone with your tracking code can check your submission's status. The code is a reference number, not a password.
- Withdrawn submissions still appear — a submission the team has withdrawn or closed shows with its final status (for example, "Withdrawn") rather than disappearing from lookup.
Best practices
- Save the confirmation screen — take a screenshot or note the code before you close the tab. There is no email backup; the code is shown only once.
- Check every few days — status updates are not instant; checking once or twice a day is enough.
- Share with collaborators — if a colleague also needs to track the submission, share the code with them. They do not need an account.
Troubleshooting
I submitted but never saw a confirmation screen
The confirmation screen with your tracking code appears immediately after you click Submit. If you did not see it (for example, the connection dropped), do not submit again right away — each submission creates a separate record and counts against your hourly limit. Contact the 1PVN team with your name, email, and organization; they can confirm whether your submission arrived and share the tracking code.
My tracking code keeps returning "Submission not found"
Work through this checklist in order:
- Paste the code from wherever you saved it rather than retyping.
- Check for extra spaces at the start or end of the code.
- Confirm the format includes both dashes:
1PVN-YYMM-XXXXXX. - Wait one full minute if you have searched many times quickly (rate limit).
- Confirm you are on the same chamber's portal you submitted through — codes are chamber-specific.
- If still not found, contact the team with your name, email, and submission title.
My status shows "Draft" but I thought I submitted
This can happen if you started the form more than once. A "Draft" status means the submission form was begun but the final Submit button was never clicked.
Check the Submitted date on the result card. If it is blank or very old, that is likely an incomplete draft. Start a fresh submission and click Submit at the end of the wizard.
My status is "Returned"
The team needs something from you before they can proceed. Check your email for a message from 1PVN explaining what is required — it may ask for additional documents, a correction, or more detail on a specific field. Reply to that message or resubmit as directed.
FAQ
How long does the review process take? Most submissions move to "Under Review" within one to two business days of receipt. The review itself typically takes three to five business days, depending on the team's workload. Status will not change hourly — checking once every couple of days is sufficient.
Can I change my submission after sending it? You cannot edit a submitted proposal directly through the tracking page. If the status is "Returned," the team will specify what they need; follow their instructions. For other changes, contact the team directly.
Can I share my tracking code with someone else? Yes. Your tracking code is a public reference number. Anyone who has it can look up the current status. Only share it if you are comfortable with that person seeing your submission's title and status.
If I submit multiple proposals, do I get multiple codes? Yes. Each submission gets its own unique tracking code and its own status. You will receive a separate confirmation for each.
What should I do if I want to cancel my submission? Contact the 1PVN team and ask them to withdraw it. They will update the status to "Withdrawn" so it is no longer in the review queue.
Can I track on a phone? Yes. The tracking page works on any device. The form and result card adjust to fit smaller screens.
